- Customers must provide accurate cargo descriptions, weights, and dimensions
- Hazardous materials require special documentation and handling agreements

- Delivery dates are estimates and not guarantees unless specifically contracted
- Weather, traffic, and unforeseen circumstances may affect delivery times
- Customer must provide accessible pickup and delivery locations
4. Payment Terms
- Payment terms are typically Net 30 days for approved commercial accounts
- New customers may require payment in advance or upon delivery
- Late payments may incur interest charges of 1.5% per month
- Returned checks incur a $35 processing fee
5. Liability and Insurance
5.1 Cargo Liability
P2P Transport maintains cargo insurance coverage. Our liability for cargo loss or damage is limited
to:
- The actual value of the goods or $100,000, whichever is less
- Coverage excludes acts of God, war, terrorism, and inherent vice of goods
- Claims must be reported within 24 hours of delivery
5.2 Limitation of Liability
P2P Transport's liability is limited to direct damages only. We are not liable for:
- Consequential, indirect, or special damages
- Lost profits or business interruption
- Delays beyond our reasonable control
6. Customer Responsibilities
- Provide accurate and complete shipment information
- Ensure cargo is properly packaged and labeled
- Provide safe and accessible pickup/delivery locations
- Comply with all applicable laws and regulations
- Pay invoices according to agreed terms
7. Prohibited Items
P2P Transport will not transport:
- Illegal substances or contraband
- Hazardous materials without proper documentation
- Perishable goods without refrigeration agreements
- Items that violate federal, state, or local laws
- Fragile items without special handling agreements
8. Force Majeure
P2P Transport is not liable for delays or failures in performance due to circumstances beyond our
reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, weather conditions, labor
disputes, government actions, or acts of terrorism.
9. Dispute Resolution
Any disputes arising from these terms or our services shall be resolved through:
- First, good faith negotiations between the parties
- If unsuccessful, binding arbitration under American Arbitration Association rules
- Arbitration shall take place in the state where P2P Transport's headquarters are located
10. Governing Law
These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the United States and the state where P2P
Transport's headquarters are located, without regard to conflict of law principles.
